What is JAMB Registration Form e-Pin?
JAMB e-pin is required to register for 2019 UTME. With JAMB e-pin, all the interested candidate will not waste anytime in the registration centers.
According to David Okeme, Chief Commercial Officer of SystemSpecs, the owners of Remita said : “With this development, every candidate seeking admission into higher institutions across the country are guaranteed a pleasurable experience as they can purchase their PINs on Remita at any time of day,”.
And it was officially confirmed that 2019 UTME form is now available on Remita. I’ve confirmed and tested it. It is working and you can get the pin straight ahead.
Understand that without the e-pin, no accredited CBT registration centre will accept your request.
How to create JAMB Profile
Before you can pay for your e-pin, you must get a profile code. Without the profile code, you can’t make payment for the e-pin.
*. First create your profile by sendingSurname, First Name and Middle Name (where applicable) by SMS to the JAMB shortcode, 55019.
*. You will receive a confirmation code on the same telephone number which will be used to procure the ePIN. This is the Profile Code. It is a 10-character code.
JAMB Form ePins for 2019 Registration
Now that you are registered and you have your 10 digit number, which is the JAMB profile code. You are expected to complete the following guidelines for UTME students:
*. Go to Remita.net/jamb
*. Now select ‘Sales of JAMB/UTME Registration Forms’ in the ‘Name of Service/Purpose” column
*. Then enter your registered phone number (the one on which you received the confirmation code)
*. Enter other details and
*. Select how you want to pay
*. Click ‘Submit’

After payment, your PIN is delivered to your phone number and also displayed on your Remita receipt.
Direct Entry – JAMB ePins
If you are an interested Direct Entry Candidate, then you can successfully get your original JAMB e-pins for Registration by following the below steps:
*. Candidate must register on the JAMB Portal by sending his/her Surname, First Name and other name (if applicable) by text message from the phone number that would be unique to him to 55019.
*. Candidate receives a confirmation code.
*. Candidate visits Remita website
*. Clicks ‘Buy JAMB form’, selects ‘Sale of JAMB/UTME Registration Forms’
*. Select ‘Sales of JAMB/DE Registration Forms’ in the ‘Name of Service/Purpose” column

*. Enter candidate’s confirmation code received after registration via SMS
*. If Phone number is already registered on JAMB, Payer name, is retrieved from JAMB otherwise, candidate has to get registered on JAMB portal as described in step 1 above.
*. Enter other details and select how you want to pay.
*. Once the transaction has been processed, click the “Print Receipt” button to provide the payer with his transaction receipt. The JAMB DE PIN is displayed on the payment receipt.
E-pin not received?

How To Recover Lost ePIN After Payment
You can recover lost e-pin after payment and it is quite simple to do. Just follow the below procedures:
i. If ePIN is not Received or Lost, send [UTMEPIN] or [DEPIN] to 55019 for UTME or DE respectively from the unique number
ii. The ePIN would then be retrieved and delivered on the candidate’s unique number.

iii. Participating Micro Finance Banks: Trust MFB, Zazzau MFB, Obeledun MFB and Regent MFB

v. Cooperative Society: JAMB Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society

Duties of Participating Banks / Outlet
i. Collect the Profile Code from candidate’s phone
ii. Collect payment and vend ePIN by SMS to candidate’s phone (Not dictating or copying)
iii. Facilitate POS Payment, if necessary
iv. Issue Evidence of Payment
v. Collect Centre Service Fees, if requested by the CBT Centre
vi. ePIN is to be delivered electronically to candidates and not to be handwritten

(a) Select Bill Payment and then pick JAMB
(b) Enter Profile Code and pay
(c) ePIN is then delivered to the candidate’s unique telephone number
Online Payment at JAMB Portal
(a) Visit JAMB website: www.jamb.gov.ng
(b) Click purchase of 2019 Application Document
(c) Enter your Profle Code
(d) Select payment method (Interswitch, Remita, e-Transact, Unifed Payment Solutions , Upper-link or Paga)
(e) Make payment
(f) ePIN is then delivered to the candidate’s unique telephone number
Payment via USSD
(a) Dial *565*6*55019#
(b) Enter Profile Code
(c) Select bank and follow the prompts to complete payment
(d) ePIN is then delivered to the candidate’s unique telephone number
Procedure for the eight foreign centres only is as follows:
(a) Registration fee for candidates from the eight foreign countries is $20 or its equivalent in each of the eight countries
(b) Candidates from the eight foreign countries are to download the Application from the Board’s website (www.jamb.gov.ng) complete and summit it with the fee at the eight designated centres as indicated on the website.
