”Select Graduate Trainees or Experienced Hires

”Graduate Trainees are applicants that are not more than 28 years of age
graduated not earlier than 2014 have a Bachelors Degree in either of the following categories: First Class, Second Class upper, Second Class lower with Masters Degree OR HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.must have completed NYSC or possess NYSC exemption certificate at the time of this application.

”Experienced Hires are applicants that fall under either the Senior Officer/ Supervisory cadre or Managerial cadre

”The Senior Officer and Supervisory cadre are for applicants that: are not more than 34 and 37 years of age respectively as at December 31st, 2018.
have a Bachelors Degree in one of the following categories: First Class, Second Class upper, Second Class lower with Masters Degree OR HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.

”possess minimum of 6 and 9 years’ relevant experience respectively.
must have completed NYSC or possess NYSC exemption certificate at the time of this application.”

”The Managerial cadre are for applicants that: are not more than 45 years of age as at December 31st, 2018. have a Bachelors Degree in one of the following categories: First Class, Second Class upper, Second Class lower with Masters Degree OR HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines. possess minimum of 18 – 20 years’ relevant experience with, at least 3 – 5 years at managerial/leadership level in an organisation of comparative size.
must have completed NYSC or possess NYSC exemption certificate at the time of this application.
