How to recover Pi Network Account with Facebook Login

Firstly, make sure you only have one facebook account used to register Pi Network on the phone (so that it can quickly automatically selects your link Facebook account and login to your Pi App)

1. Go-to your Pi Network App, click on sign in with Facebook. 

2. Select the facebook account you used along your Pi Account before and immediately you select and confirm it, it will log in back to your Pi Account.

How to recover Pi Network Account with Phone Number

1. Open (π)PiApp, click on the phone/select country-code and enter your already registered phone number which you used during registration.

2. Click on Continue

It will take you to login requesting your password.

3. Enter your Pi App password to login.

NOTE: If forgotten password 

Click on the forgot password buton.
Click password recovery.
Click on Verify number/Click manual

Copy 4-6 digit no to SMSbox, and minimize the App don’t close it so that you don’t have to repeat process again.

2. Click on “logout” on your Pi App

3. Enter the Pi App again and click on “sign in”.   

4. Click on “forgot password“. 

5. Enter your Pi Phone Number or email address. 

6. A code will be sent to your email or on the Pi phone number “Confirm it“. 

7. Enter your New Password and re-entry it again to confirm it match (check it very well). 

8. Click on “Done“

9. Login into your Pi Account with the “New Password“.
