In order to start trading, you need to deposit funds into your account.

• In the deposit window, always check the list of networks (token standards, respectively) which are supported on WhiteBIT. You can also check the network explorer of each individual coin by clicking the chain icon next to the ticker.

After your application is processed, you will receive an email with the information about the result. If your KYC is disapproved, an email will also include a reason. Moreover, your KYC application status on the Verification page will be changed.

To pass a code to a user of WhiteBIT (or a partner platform), you should copy it. It will be displayed in the Codes section on the Codes page as well as in your History, the Codes tab. You can also use a QR code to copy it or download a PDF file with information about a code. You can send a code to another person by any way convenient to you.
You can pass a code to anyone, but activation of a WhiteBIT code is possible only on the exchange itself or on partner platforms.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security for accounts. It ensures that the account owner is the only person who can access it, even if someone knows their password.
Once 2FA is enabled, you will need to enter a six-digit authentication code in addition to your password when logging into your account. This code is generated every 30 seconds in an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or its alternative).
